摘要

The physical and chemical processes taking place in the dye-sensitized nanocrystalline solar cell (DSC) are reviewed and related to cell performance. Modeling of the steady-state and transient response of the DSC is developed within the framework of the generation/collection/recombination problem. Experimental methods for DSC characterization are described, and models for interfacial electron transfer and electron transport manuscript are outlined. The discussion is illustrated by selected experimental examples.
