摘要

The correlation between capacitance and the structure of carbon nanotubes was studied. The electrochemical behaviors were characteristic by the electrochemical doping mechanism of semiconducting nanotubes which are amphoteric and can be doped by both donors and acceptors. High specific capacitance and rate performance were shown for uncapped single-walled carbon nanotubes having inner micropores with the diameter less than 1 nm.
