摘要

Asymmetric Fabry-Perot (ASFP) resonance in conjunction with a multiple quantum well (MQW) structure may enhance dynamic holographic imaging. Fewer fabrication steps, as well as the suppression of the zero-order interference beams, can lead to significant improvements in image quality and nonlinear optical effects. This paper discusses the fabrication of a monolithic ASFP/MQW structure. The optical characterization of the structure is described and the electrooptic properties of the structure are then investigated via two-wave mixing.
