OPTIMAL SYNTHESIS OF HIGH SPEED CAM MECHANISMS

摘要

For high speed cam mechanisms, the main optimization problem consists in reducing the extreme values of the cinematic parameters and the ensuring of functions' continuity (displacement and its derivatives). These goals can be reached using the Bezier polynomials in cams profiling. The reshaping of the cams, remarkably improve the efficiency of the mechanism. The authors also propose a new efficiency indicator: the efficiency of force transmission in the cam-follower pair η_F.
