Dynamics of New Type Elastic Screen Deck and Parameters Design

摘要

In this paper, we analyzed the merits and disadvantage of elastic screen surface machine, which was used in industry. On the basis of analysis, we design a new type two freedoms screen by means of elastic screen surface screening theory. The dynamic model of this new type screen was set up, the formula of designing parameters of this new type screen was given by way of solving dynamic model equation. At last, the mechanical structure of the new type screen was designed and the mechanical structure was used in the design of ZGS harp wire screen.
