1.ConsideringnightshiftfortheCTVoperationsresultsinawell-balancedO&Mresourcemanagement.However,offshorewindindustryandO&Mvesseltechnologyhavetodevelopinordermeethealthandsafetycriteria.rn2.ForsmallO&Mfleets,revenuelosscanbeasignificantissue.rn3.AnO&MfleetsizeincreasebringsareductioninMTTRandlostrevenue,increasedpowerproduction,availability,andcompletionofscheduledmaintenancevalues;however,thereisacorrespondingincreaseinallaspectsofthecosts.rn4.Theprofitincreasesandthefinanciallossdecreasesuntilthefleetsizeisreachedanoptimumlevel.Ontheotherhand,thefleetsthatarelargerthanoptimumresultinanincreaseinthetotalO&Mcostwhichcannotbecompensatedbytheeconomicbenefitfromproducingmoreenergy.
