A non-viral vector for the delivery of gene withactive targeting profile for phosphatidylserine(PS) has been developed. This vector, M76001,shows high affinity for PS, and its circulardichroism spectra has revealed that structuralchange of M76001 in the presence of PS wasrelated to its selective transfection to thePS-presenting cells such as activated immuneresponse cells and cancer cells.
