摘要

Aiming to develop polymeric delivery vehicles forrnribozymes, we synthesized PEG-b-Poly(L-lysine).rnThe diameter of nanoparticles made of PEG-b-rnPoly(L-lysine) and ribozymes was about 100 nm in anrneffective diameter as measured by DLS.rnElectrophoresis results have confirmed that PEG-b-rnPoly(L-lysine) protect ribozymes from Rnase inrnbiological fluids by forming stable complexes withrnribozymes.
