High dose intrathecal morphine canrnproduce aseptic inflammatory masses.rnUsing a dog model we demonstrated thatrnconcentration and not total dose was thernimportant variable. We also demonstratedrnthat increasing flow rate does not appear torndiminish the rate of mass formation.
