With the development of economy and technology, traditional business service can not meet people's needs and tri-networks convergence has become the inevitable trend of development of network service. This paper analyzes the problems which tri-networks convergence is confronted with currently based on its status quo at home and abroad, suggests that we should design the tri-networks convergence of communication enterprises by the use of distributed streaming media technology according to the actual situation of communication enterprises, and presents three networking solutions including compact networking, local networking of MAN and multi-level distributed networking. This design can effectively save the band width of backbone network, guarantee the QoS, improve customer's satisfaction, and play an important role in building multimedia data center for communication enterprises at all levels.
