摘要

To improve the deficiency of autonomous timing of inter-satellite measurement, a method of baseline measurement which is based on inter-satellite two-way measurement for distributed spacecrafts is proposed in this paper. This method implements satellite autonomous timing through Doppler frequency measurement value and tracking carrier frequency. Meanwhile, it satisfies high precision ranging, achieving centimeter-level accuracy. Furthermore, when carrier tracking loop error is at about 1011 m, the accuracy of velocity measurement can reach 103 m/s.
