Under the new situation, in-depth development of Sino-Foreign cooperative running schools requires not only in-depth theoretical research, but also some active practice exploration. In this paper, a comprehensive analysis on the status of Chineseforeign cooperation in running schools and its features is analyzed. Based on the quality characteristics of the international talents required under the conditions of globalization, in order to improve the educational level and help for the formation of a strong competitive edge in the Chinese higher education, Sino-Foreign cooperative running schools should adhere to the educational philosophy of the "internationalization", established the concept of "integration of economic and social benefits " cooperative education, and take full advantage of the favorable position at the forefront of the internationalization of education, highlight the advantages of a multicultural educational function, aggregate quality the internationalization of teaching resources, and deepen the connotation of the international, to improve the internationalization of education and teaching system, enhance the cross-cultural and academic ability and cross-cultural communication skills as students' core task, and establish a high-quality international training objectives.
