This paper deals with a pulsed-light emitter, which is a perfect source for time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA). Using a time-controlled circuit and an energy-controlled circuit, the set can emit high frequency pulsed-light. The frequency is 1000Hz. The wavelength range is from 280nm to 380nm, the pulse width is 54μs, and the output power of ultraviolet radiation is more than 200 μw
