摘要

A special designed setup consisting two water electrodes is used to investigate the temporal characteristic of micro-discharge in dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) in Argon by the optical methods on the non-intrusive and in-situ measurement, The nonsymmetrical characteristic of the micro-discharge breakdown moment which the interval between two adjacent discharges varies between long one and short one alternately is discovered by the applied voltage increasing step by step, the influence of wall charges on the temporal behavior characteristic is analysed at last.
