One of the most interesting aspects of modern nuclear physics is synthesis of heavy and superheavy elements and study of their properties. In this connection experimental investigation of the fusion-fission process of compound nuclei with Z > 100 at low excitation energies is of special importance. With this purpose at the U-400 accelerator of FLNR the fission cross sections, mass and energy distributions (MED) of fission fragments were measured in the reactions ~(48)Ca+~(208)Pb->~(256)No, ~(48)Ca+~(238)U->~(286)112,~(22)Ne+~(248)Cm->~(270)Sg and ~(22)Ne+~(249)Cf->~(271)Hs in the compound nucleus excitation energy range from 12 to 60 MeV.
