实验室条件下,研究了青霉素(Amipicillin)、硫酸庆大霉素(Gentamycin sulfate)、硫酸新霉素(Nomycin sulfate)、氯霉素(Chcoramphencol)、硫酸卡那霉素(Kanamycin sulfate)对中肋骨条藻(Skeletonema costatum)生长的影响.结果表明:较低浓度的青霉素(0.05mg/mL)、硫酸新霉素(0.05mg/mL)和硫酸卡那霉素(0.05-0.50mg/mL)对中肋骨条藻的生长有明显的促进作用;而较高浓度的青霉素(0.50-2.00mg/mL)、硫酸庆大霉素(0.10-2.00mg/mL)、硫酸新霉素(1.00-2.00mg/mL)、氯霉素(0.05-2.00mg/mL)、硫酸卡那霉素(2.00mg/mL)对中肋骨条藻的生长有明显的抑制作用,随着浓度的增加抑制作用愈加明显.2.00mg/mL的青霉素、硫酸庆大霉素、硫酸新霉素、氯霉素、硫酸卡那霉素处理10d的中肋骨条藻的密度分别是对照组的55.25%、59.70%、53.39%、15.71%、91.95%,中肋骨条藻对5种抗生素的敏感性存在明显的差异.实验结果为评估抗生素对海洋生态系统的影响提供依据.%The effects of Amipicillin,Gentamycin sulfate,Nomycin sulfate,Chcoramphencol,Kanamycin sulfate on the growth of Skeletonema costatum were studied under laboratory conditions.The results showed that Amipicillin(0.05mg/mL),Nomycin sulfate(0.05mg/mL) and Kanamycin sulfate(0.05-0.50mg/mL) could stimulated the growth of Skeletonema costatum under lower concentrations,and the growth stimulation of Skeletonema costatum was significant (p<0.05).Amipicillin(0.50-2.00mg/mL),Gentamycin sulfate(0.10-2.00mg/mL),Nomycin sulfate(1.00-2.00mg/mL),Chcoramphencol(0.05-2.00mg/mL) and Kanamycin sulfate(2.00mg/mL) could inhibited the growth ofSkeletonema costatum under higher concentrations.The growth inhibition was significant (p<0.05) and more obvious with increased concentration of antibiotics.Compared with the control group,the percentage of cells density of Skeletonema costatum which was treated by Amipicillin,Gentamycin sulfate,Nomycin sulfate,Chcoramphencol,Kanamycin sulfate was 55.25%,59.70%,53.39%,15.71%,91.95% respectively under 2.00mg/mL on the 10th day.Skeletonema costatum showed the significant difference in sensitivity to five kinds of antibiotics.The experimental results would provide assessment foundation for the effects of antibiotics on marine ecosystems.
