摘要

Simplified pretreatment of biological objects united chemical (HNO_3+H_2O_2) and further photochemical sample oxidation has been suggested. Optimization of conditions was performed using the method of fractional factorial design of experiments. Availability of excimer gas discharge excilamp based on working molecule XeBr~* has been shown as an alternative to mercury quartz at pretreatment of biological objects of complex organics. The XeBr-excilamp is remarkable by its long lifetime and operation reliability.
