Results achieved in the generation of complex surfaces using deterministic ultra-precision machining systems and processes

In this paper, we have discussed the development trend of modern ultra-precision machining technology, describes the new structural and control technologies recently used, especially the characteristics of Linear Motors and their applications in ultra-precision machining system. We have also presented our own conception on the future development of ultra-precision machining technology.
