Overcoming Limitations to Java Application Scalability

Java is a robust language as well as development platform for both server and client applications. The Java Virtual Machine (JVM) is the undergirding support structure for both the language and runtime environment. We will look at the limitations which the JVM places upon applications from both a CPU usage and serialization perspective and provide tips to minimize these impacts.
