Calculation of Extra Copper Losses with Imposed Current MagnetodynamicFormulations

摘要

We present two magnetodynamic potential formulations with imposed current in the conducting part made up of multiple conductors. These formulations are used to study the copper losses in a coil with an air gap induced by the franging of the magnetic flux. Theoretical results are compared with experimental results.
