摘要

The dynamic characteristic simulation of electromagnetic devices constructed with magnetostrictive thin film is studied in this paper. For such a purpose, a magneto-mechanical coupling model is established. In this model, the inductance is current and geometry dependent to consider the magneto-mechanical property of the magnetostrictive thin film. The magnetic energy used for the inductance calculation is obtained from magnetic field analysis by Element Free Galerkin method. The established model is verified through comparing the simulated current-voltage characteristic with the measured one.
