THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ONE-STAGE PISTON COMPRESSOR WITH THE IDEAL LAW OF CHANGE OF VOLUME AND CRANK CONNECTING-ROD BY THE MECHANISM OF DRIVE
At present one of the efficient ways of raising an economy of functioning the compressors of three-dimensional action is an improvement of its mechanism of drive.In preceding works determined ideal law of changing a volume of working cavity of compressor,ensuring its maximum coefficient of efficiency.In given work on the base numerical experiment is conducted benchmark analysis indicator and warm-up diagrams,functioning a compression and expansions,isothermal and adiabatic indicated coefficient of efficiency,losses of power in processes of suction and discharge and other energy and expense features for one-stage piston compressor with the ideal law of changing a volume and with crank connecting-rod by the mechanism of drive.Benchmark analysis was conducted under different degrees of raising a pressure,clearance working cavity and velocity of rotating a crankshaft.As A Result conducted analysis is confirmed high efficiency of calculated ideal law of changing a volume of working cavity.
