A voltage controlled differential injection locked frequencyndivider (VCDILFD) with a large locking range is designed in a 0.24 μmnCMOS technology. A 29% locking range is achieved by an optimal inductorndesign and also by employing high Q accumulation mode MOS varactors tonchange the free-running oscillation frequency of the divider. Thenmeasurement results show frequency division at 5 GHz, with more than 1nGHz locking range and power consumption of less than 1 mW
