摘要

A novel method on motion precision for high speedadjustable rotor set is presented, concerning the intangiblemechanical precision for a micro coating device. In theequipment to carry out micro material being coated, it isessential for adjustable rotor set to be determined itseconomic manufacturing precision so as to meet theprocedure's demand. With a component coordinate frame foreach roller being set up, the function between mechanicalprecision and clearance of rollers is established. Precisionsinvolve geometry of each roller, assembling of the coaterdevice and displacement of the adjustable mechanism.According to procedure demand of micro coating, themathematical model between uniformity of material thin androller's parameters is set up, including structure parameter,adjustable parameter and input motion parameter. Theoptimization parameters of geometry and motion areproposed. Then the calculated results is applied to ModelSL1100 high speed solventless laminators and proved to betrue. The conclusions show that the model of motionprecision for high speed rotor set and the actual effect isconsistent. The coating device can meet the need within5-micrometer tolerance. The method is widely used in highspeed laminating machine, gravure machine, and web press,etc.
