Frame Work to improve Maritime Security

The initial research to improve maritime security is reviewed proper statutes and selected maritime security plans,Coast Guard regulations such as the maritime transportation security act, and various reports related to communication sharing. Factors that make ports vulnerable to a terrorist attack include their location near major urban centers and their economic importance for the nation's economy and trade. Internationally terrorists have demonstrated their ability to access and destroy infrastructure, assets, and lives in ports. The frame work in terms of national and regional coast guard sources to area maritime security committees and interagency operational centers at the port level is conducted.
