摘要

EHR (Electronic Health Record) System supports interoperability with other systems for exchange, management and search. In order to do this, it needs to give a re-definition of the existing paper-based health records to facilitate computerized transaction. We classifies the paper-based health records registered to KMRA(Korea Medical Record Association) according to hierarchy structure of SMONED-CT, MED and LOINC which receive international authority. This study is not to present a Korea standard of health record group but expected to assistant future development of the EHR system.
