Environmental management systems become an isgnificant issue among polish enterprises. Experiences form polish companies indicate that background of great part of problems related to their implementation are of human origin-misunderstadings, resistnace to changes, attitudes and inability of long-=term planning. The most common problems to be met in oru practice . The paper aims at presenting ur ideas how those problems could be solved, make the content of this paper.
