摘要

The Ag- and Pt-doped SnO_2 uitrafine particle films are prepared by magnetron sputtering equipment.The transmissivity of the films are measured in alcohol gas .the results indicate that the transmissivity of hte doped films reduces with increasing gas concentration.In contrast to Ag-doped films.hte Pt-doped films show better optrical gas sensing property in given srange of gas concentration.
