Ascorbic acid (AA) is a vital component in the human diet. In animal organs the highest concentrations of AA are found in the liver, leukocytes, and anterior pituitary lobe. AA is widely used in foods or drinks to prevent undesirable changes in color, taste and antioxidant (1). It always distributed in plant material and the human body cannot synthesize it, fruit and vegetables are the major sources for the human diet (2).
