摘要

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the dual-fuel turbine consumption for different operational conditions of the electric generation system of the oil platform. This paper presents a comparative between two simulated scenarios in order to demonstrate the requirements of energy efficiency in fuel consumption and operational reliability, as well as, shows the variation of cost between gas and diesel fuels. The simulation results showed that there is a significant gain in efficiency on the situation that two turbines, instead of three, assume the energy demand.
