1. LiB prices have reached levels, which enable further disruptive technologies (electronics, stationary, mobility) 2. Silicon/graphite blend electrodes are reality and are part of the main stream LiB 3. The next challenge is to bring wt% of Silicon up to 50 % starting from around 5 % 4. Plenty of room for improvement for extended life time of cells with high Silicon levels: a. Pre-Lithiation b. DoDs<100% c. Formulation optimization d. Electrolyte additives 5. Real life driving cycle testing necessary!!!!!
