A FIELD STUDY OF ASYNCHRONOUSLEARNING NETWORKS

摘要

This paper reports on research in progress of a field study of online classes to determine the effect of somernsynchronous media use in a primarily asynchronous discussion. The research is looking for the presence ofrnindicators of constructivism in online learning. The proposition is made that social presence and swift trustrnwill contribute to the success of online teaching by enhancing the constructivist method.
