The 1997 A/S&D Technical session in Orlando will build upon last year's AQC session. Last year the session was designed to examine what the nationally recognized-joint Government/Industry Quality Liaison Panel (G/IQLP) was doing in response to the U.S. "Commercialization Project." Subjects such as single process initiative, re-invention lab outputs, streamlined oversight and block contractual changes were discussed as proposed approaches for responding to commercialization and the cancellation of military standards, etc. An excellent panel delivered presentations containing the latest, most current information from government and industry meetings and was enthusiastically acclaimed.
