摘要

A set of grinding system for the servo valve core with acoustic emission tool setting technology, piezoelectric ceramic micro-feed and on-line axial displacement detection is designed in order to solve the problems of artificial tool setting error, low grinding efficiency and low precision of axial trace feed in the grinding process of servo valve core. Subsequently, the valve core overlap grinding test was carried out to verify the processing indicators of this system. The experimental results showed that the system met the design and application requirements.
