AGRO-PASTURING SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT DECISION-MAKING SUPPORT SYSTEM IN THE YANMENGUAN ECOLOGY-PASTURING ECONOMY ZONE OF SHANXI PROVENCE BASED ON '3S' TECHNOLOGY

摘要

The Shanxi provincial government put forward the strategic decision-making that adjusted the structure of economy and agriculture industry in the Yanmenguan region and around area. The initiative of decision-making was to transfer agricultural production structure that prioritized food production in the past time to the new one in which pasturing and ecological construction dominated so as to form a highly efficient economy zone in the study area. Investigation, integrated analysis, assessment and prediction on the situation of natural resources and socio-economy of 30 counties (districts) in the Yanmenguan ecology-pasturing economy zone have been implemented based on new and advanced "3S" technology. The agro-pasturing sustainable development decision-making support system in the Yanmenguan ecology-pasturing economy zone of Shanxi Province based on "3S" Technology has been established so as to provide scientific support for governmental decision-making at different levels on agro-pasturing development construction and industry restructuring in the study area. The paper briefly introduced study field, system structure and functions, methodology and technology route of the project in this regard.
