摘要

The winding axial vibration at steady condition provides useful information about winding fixation conditions. Through the non-intrusive vibration measurement the integrity of the transformer winding can be diagnosed. Based on the actual structure of transformer winding, a mathematical model of transformer winding vibration is developed, and it is applied to study the vibration characteristics of winding at steady operation. The relationships between winding clamping pressure level and winding nature frequency, winding vibration acceleration signals are analyzed. It is proved that the variety of winding clamping pressure can be reflected from the vibration acceleration signals. This may provide a theoretical basis for on-line monitoring winding condition of transformer by vibration signal analysis method.
