摘要

The composition,structures and properties of ramming materials with environmental-friendly used in the mud package and taphole for hot iron of large-scale blast furnaces were studied.The results show that the reason of dense structure of ramming materials is that the formation of silica fibers.In the replacement process of extruding mud and ramming materials,CaO,Fe2O3 and carbon penetrate towards side wall,SiC is partly oxided.The improvement of ramming materials can inhibit the penetration of molten slag,iron and carbon,and improve the service effection.The bulk density of ramming material is 2.88~2.90 g/cm3,the cold compressive strength dried at 200℃ is 12~18MPa and that fired at 1450℃ is 20~40MPa.
