摘要

In design of Shougang Jingtang 5500m3 ultra-large blast furnace,BSK dome combustion hot blast stove technology is developed.This process is optimized and integrated,reasonable technical parameters are determined.Mathematic model is established and adopted CFD numeral calculation,the transmission theory are studied of combustion and gas flow,and achieved the distribution results of velocity field,CO concentration field and temperature field.Physical test model and hot trial pilot-plant are established,verified the numeral calculation result through test and investigation.3D-CAD simulation is adopted,process flow and layout are optimized and improved,combustion air two-stage high temperature preheating technology is designed and developed.With the precondition of BF gas combustion,the dome temperature can reach over 1420℃.Reasonable refractory materials structure is designed,effective technical measures are adopted to prevent steel shell inter-crystalline stress corrosion,hot pipe and lining system are optimized.After blow in,the blast temperature keeps increasing,the average monthly blast temperature reaches 1300℃ when burning single blast furnace gas.
