This paper presents a simulation based netted radar scheme generation and optimization method, which describes the process of aided design using simulation based design (SBD) technology in the lifecycle of netted radar scheme analysis, design, generation and optimization. With the support of modeling and simulation (M&S), the method facilitates analysis, evaluation and optimization of netted radar scheme under multitask conditions and multi tactics circumstance. The method provides aided design and analysis of netted radar scheme for radar commanders and battle brain men. Response speed and whole combat ability are improved using the method. In addition, an integrated component based modeling and simulation environment is developed to support the generation, analysis and optimization of netted radar scheme.
