1. COMS ground segment is being developed to support missions of the first Korean Geostationary Ocean/Meteorological satellite, COMS, under the cooperation of related organizations. 2. For conceptual design of COMS ground segment, 2.1 Role establishment between related organizations 2.2 Satellite/ground segment interface link preliminary analysis were done. Preliminary link budget analysis was conducted.
