This paper presents Electrical model of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) for its applications of power generation. Based on the linearization of the V-I curve of Electrochemical-Electric-potential ECE model of planner anode-supported intermediate high temperature SOFC, Voltage-Source-Series-Resistance (VSSR) model for SOFC working in a stack is proposed, which is found suitable for equivalence to ECE model under steady states. Based on the VSSR model and laboratory time data, Multi-Voltage-Source-Series-Resistance (MVSSR) model is further proposed. The proposed electrical models with limitations pointed out at the end of the paper are for stationary analysis of the power systems bedded with SOFCs for power generation.
