Java-Based Visual Interface to Network Simulator

摘要

In this paper we present a Java-based visual interface to a network simulator. Built within a general framework we have developed fordesigning network interfaces, our system provides a portable front-end to the simulator so that users can control the remotely running simulator through the Internet or intranets. It allows the users to interactively create and modify a network, invoke a network simulation, and visualize simuation results with a variety of tools in real time.
