Preliminary Study on The Original Mechanism of The Biotic Effect of The Static Electric Field on Crop Seeds

摘要

In this paper, several crop seeds have been selected as representatives, through determining the content of free radicals the original mechanism of the biotic effects of the static electric field treated crop seeds is discussed. The result of the experiment shows that: The static electric fields with a certain intensity can increase the content of free radicals in seeds. Based on the analysis of the experiment result, the writer advanced that the original mechanism of the biotic effects of static electric fields toward crop seeds is: the static electric fields affects the activity of seeds through increasing the content of free radical in seeds by affecting the water molecules inside seeds arid some large biotic molecules.
