Management - complex system of influence on sports activities in Romania

Romanian sports management inefficiency led to a difficult adaptation to new socio-economic conditions that require physical education and sport to new hardship guidelines. The transition period required a cultural change extended to professional communities, based on creating a value system, the application of methods, techniques and management tools to increase efficiency within organizations. Thus, in Romania, the development of managerial capacity require for itself, both among managers and decision makers on the other, as a major socio-cultural problem requiring concerted actions.rnStringency of improvement in sport management is evidenced by the modest success of Romanian athletes. Striking increase in the indices of technicality permeated the sport from related research profile will lead to greater diversity, which will influence the objective of achieving superior performance. Use of management as an applied science in sport, is creating opportunities for rationalization and systematization of the business area, based on knowledge and applicability of laws and principles that control the dynamics of phenomena.
