摘要

The concept of effective temperature and its implementation for frequency range of 20–50 GHz is investigated to assess the improvements in estimating cloud attenuation. The cloud model is verified using measurements of local and external sites. And a comparison with the latest ITU-R 840.4 is performed along with a method to convert normalized Liquid water maps of ITU-R back into regular ones.
