A multimedia instructional tutorial, Mass Custmization, was developed using Toolbook and Photoshop software. Apparel mass customization options are classified using a model adapted from Duray (1997) based on the six points at which the customer becomes involved in the process: design, pattern, production planning, manufacture, delivery, and adaptation after purchase. The tutorial describes these six apparel mass customization options and pro-vides definitions, examples, descriptions of enabling technologies, and a quiz.
