Oral, nasal and intramuscular delivery of biodegradable particulates encapsulating rotavirus and evaluation of its immune response generated

In this work, an attempt has been made to encapsulate Rotavirus into polylactide (PLA) and plylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) and evaluate the immune response towards a single dose vaccine formulation through various routes of administration like oral, intranasal and intramuscular in mice model and compare the immune response generated.
