摘要

The current study has been designed to encapsulate Rotavirus into polylactide (PLA) & plylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA) microparticles and subsequently evaluate the immune response towards a single dose vaccine formulation. The prepared formulations were administered through various routes viz. oral, intranasal and intramuscular in balb/C mice model thereby comparing the immune response generated. The results indicated that the immune response generated by the microparticles administered through oral and intranasal route were almost comparable while the response was lower in the group where the formulation was administered intramuscularly.
