There are, of course, many other things that could and probably should be taught to someone who flies frequently. But, your executives are not typically going to tolerate being subjected to this type of instruction. If they had wanted to go into aviation as a career, they'd have done so. Consider, however that the difference between a blissful, ignorant passenger in danger, and a well-educated, valued asset to the flight-team is a matter of a few hours of well presented information. Whether you elect to do it on your own, or have a professional group come in to present the information on your behalf, I strongly suggest you push the powers that be in your department to consider what this type of training means to the entire department from the very top down.
