EXPLORING THE ROLE OF PRIVACY PROGRAMS ON INITIAL ONLINE TRUST FORMATION

摘要

Little research has been done on the complex relations between different actors in the development of Internetconsumer's initial trust toward an unknown Web site. With social network analysis, we have built a conceptualmodel and developed research hypotheses based on the theory of strength of weak ties. Empirical study isoutlined and potential problems are described.
